The Deeside plant came into commercial production in December 1998 and produces Ends for the beverage can business.  It occupies a five acre site located in North Wales, a few miles from the historic city of Chester, with the Welsh coast and countryside famous for its beautiful scenery and mountains, in close proximity.  The cities of Liverpool and Manchester (including airports) are within driving distance of the plant.  The plant currently has three modules and can produce in excess of 9.5 million can ends per year.
