Business Service Center (BSC) Belgrade

The BSC in Belgrade is part of Ardagh Metal Packaging (AMP) Europe. We provide services in Finance,  Accounting, Controlling, Compliance, Internal Controls, Continuous Improvement and IT.  We are also home to the Center for Digitalization and Transformation, focused on business process improvements.

We currently have over 130 employees and our team continues to grow year on year.  AMP Serbia collaborates with colleagues across Europe, supporting the business in English and several other European languages. Our goal is a diverse and incentivised working environment, where our people feel valued, can work to their full potential and have their achievements celebrated. We live by our core values: trust, teamwork and excellence!

Our selection process

We are committed through our recruitment policy to give an equal opportunity of employment to every potential candidate.
After the pre-screening of cv's, the candidates whose education, prior professional experience and knowledge/skills align best with the job requirements will be invited for a competency based interview.
Depending on the position requirements, testing may be included in the selection process. Short-listed candidates will be invited to a technical interview.
The most suitable candidate from the selection process will receive an offer of employment as soon as possible.  When the selection process is completed, all candidates will receive feedback.

After one year I joined Ardagh Group in 2017 as Finance Assistance Account Receivables department, I got promoted into Team Lead where I was involved in some great projects which were connected to process improvement, implementation of bots or automation. Involvement in those projects raised my interested in the field of process improvement, and now I am within Center for Transformation and Digitalisation team. It is great to be a part of family whose Core values are: Trust, Teamwork and Excellence.

I joined the Ardagh Metal Packaging as Finance Assistant. In 2021, I was promoted on Team Lead position within Accounts Payable team. Since 2022, I hold position of Deputy National Accounting Manager for UK, working within international team and dynamic environment, I constantly upgrade knowledge and getting opportunities for career and professional growth!

I joined Ardagh in 2019 as the Procurement Master Data Analyst. After little over a year, I got promoted to a team lead position. I would say that at Ardagh, you get to work in an environment which is friendly and always challenging, in terms of professional development. I started work in December 2015 on the position of Financial Assistant for markets of France and Spain. I have progressed through multiple positions and currently lead the general accounting department, which is just being built, gets its members, tasks and meets the first challenges.
