Our UK sites

Barnsley
We celebrated 75 years of production at our Barnsley site in 2022, but glassmaking in Barnsley dates back over 200 years.
Chester
Created in 1989 as a direct result of the growth within the UK, the office in Chester is home to several central departments.
Deeside
The second plant built in the UK came into commercial production in December 1988, producing 'Ends' for the Beverage can. The Deeside Plant occupies a 5 acre site on the Deeside Industrial Park. 
Doncaster Our Doncaster site was commissioned in 1968 and began producing glass in 1969. 
Irvine
Our Irvine plant has been a cornerstone of our operations since 1920, originally producing Portland Glass.
Knottingley Our Knottingley site was founded in 1954 and houses the Head Office of our Glass business and a manufacturing plant.
London
Our London office serves as a central hub for various corporate functions, supporting our operations across the UK and beyond.
Rugby
This plant was built in 1988 and started commercial production of Beverage cans in July 1989. It is situated on the Glebe Farm Industrial Estate.  
Wrexham
The first Metal Packaging plant in the UK was commissioned in 1979. It is situated on a 14 acre site on Wrexham Industrial Estate.
