The BSC in Belgrade is part of Ardagh Metal Packaging (AMP) Europe. We provide services in Finance,  Accounting, Controlling, Quality control, Procurement, Engineering, Sustainability, PMO, CTD, IBP, Compliance, Internal Controls, Continuous Improvement and IT.  We are also home to the Center for Digitalization and Transformation, focused on business process improvements.

We currently have over 150 employees and our team continues to grow each year.  AMP Serbia collaborates with colleagues across Europe, supporting the business in English and several other European languages. 8 year ago, I began my journey in AMP-E, starting in the Finance department.
Over time, my passion for efficiency and innovation led to a promotion to Team Lead, where I played a key role in projects focused on process improvement, automation, and bot implementation.
These experiences guided my transition to the CTD team and later to the PMO team.
Today, as a part of Project Management department I specialize in process improvement and project management, contributing to meaningful changes that drive efficiency and innovation.

I joined Ardagh Metal Packaging as a Finance Assistant. In 2021, I was promoted to position of Team Lead within Accounts Payable team. Since 2022, I have held the role of Deputy National Accounting Manager for UK. Working within an international team and a dynamic environment, I continuously enhance my knowledge and seize opportunities for career and professional growth

I started as a Finance Assistant in charge of French and Spanish market. A dynamic period of integration of different plants made me learn and travel a lot, meet different colleagues and upgrade my financial knowledge. I became a Team Lead and then Accounts Receivable Supervisor.
When the General Accounting team was formed in Belgrade in 2022. I became a GA Supervisor, taking care of the knowledge transfer and accounting processes to be properly covered for all European locations.
After a while I was promoted to an Accounting Service Coordinator and then in 2024. I became an Accounting Service Manager in charge of Core Services - the largest team in Belgrade covering accounting topics for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Fixed Assets.

I joined the company in 2016 as a Financial Assistant in the Accounts Payable department. After returning from maternity leave, I was promoted to Team Lead, which allowed me to develop my leadership skills and contribute to the team growth. This year, I was promoted to Accounts Payable Supervisor, taking on new responsibilities and challenges. What I appreciate most about working for Ardagh is how the company genuinely cares for its employees, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment. The people, the opportunities for growth, and the continuous focus on well-being make me proud to be part of this incredible team.
